Hello there
For my readers and for myself. I write this for others to enjoy as well for myself to look back in nostalgia. As a child I always wanted to be an adventurer but as I grew older the job description doesn't necessarily cover life's expenses as well as having "Adventurer" on your resume will only raise a few eyebrows but no opportunities. Although I have no job now as a newly graduate I feel I can still enjoy some adventures so long as it does not require me to pay a high fee for the experience.
Beginning of a Adventure - 1994
I would say I am well traveled. Ever since 1994 was the beginning of my adventuring life. That was the first time I went to Hong Kong and South Korea. Hong Kong is such a hard place for me to live. The air is not so good as I have asthma and all they used a lot of peanut oil to cook their food back then. (Not too sure if they still do) I had to survive on McDonalds and those homemade deli sandwiches. (I have to tell you I am allergic to anything with a shell, yes peantus have a shell and so do shellfish.... why? don't ask... cause I don't know) Occasionally I could eat random chow mein so long as we wrote down a list of things that the cook cannot put in such as: No eggs, peanuts, and shrimp.
Oddly Hong Kong was the first place I have vivid memories of whereas in South Korea I do not remember much. I think its because in Hong Kong I have more attachments to that place than South Korea. Many of my cousins were in Hong Kong so everyday was filled with a lot of greetings, face pinching, and deathlock hugs. I had a lot of fond memories of wandering around the HK streets with my brother as we took the bus to different parks and malls. My older brother really looked out for me to make sure I never got lost since I tend to get lost very easily. I think its because I get distracted to easily and sit staring at something until I realize people are gone. I heard Hong Kong has changed a lot since the last time I have went, someday I plan to go back for sure.
